Third-Party Testing Company in Mongolia
The customer is a third-party testing company in Mongolia, and our instruments are used to provide data support for China-Mongolia coal trade. To meet the customer’s requirements for accurate coal quality analysis, Sundy supplied an SDS720 Coulomb Sulfur Analyzer and an SDFCL3000 Fluorine and Chlorine Analyzer. The collaboration between the customer and Sundy has expanded from China to overseas markets.
Cement Producer in Turkey
The customer is a major cement producer in Turkey, and our instruments are used in its captive coal-fired power plant. To meet the plant’s requirements for accurate determination of coal calorific value, total sulfur, and proximate analysis parameters, Sundy supplied a SDC608 Calorimeter, a SDS516 Coulomb Sulfur Analyzer, and a SDTGA6000A Thermogravimetric Analyzer.
Power Plant in Kazakhstan
The Kazakhstan Project focuses on corn deep processing and operates a captive coal-fired power plant to provide continuous energy for starch production and biological fermentation. To support rapid coal quality control and efficient plant operation, the project purchased Sundy’s SDTGA520 Moisture Analyzer and SDS720 Sulfur Analyzer. These instruments provide fast and accurate measurement of coal moisture and total sulfur, supporting fuel procurement, boiler optimization, cost control, and stable power generation.
Datang Tuoketuo Power Plant
With a total installed capacity of 8.73 GW, Datang Tuoketuo Power Plant is the world’s second-largest thermal power plant. As part of its smart modernization program, Sundy’s SDIAS Unmanned Laboratory System enables fully automated fuel analysis without manual intervention. Once samples are delivered through the pneumatic conveying system, the SDIAS automatically performs sample weighing, analysis, and data transmission. Integrated with upstream and downstream systems, the resulting real-time closed-loop data provides accurate and reliable support for fuel management at this large-scale power plant.
